Our culture tells us that January is a time to set goals, reinvent ourselves to push harder to be more, to be better, to be perfect. Our bodies tell us to rest, to dream and to regenerate so that we may burst into our fullness as the light begins to overtake the dark.
As the field lie fallow in December and January, so have I. I needed to rest. I needed to dream and imagine my, “what if I…” options.
I am slowly emerging from the longer, darker nights with a deepened Spiritual connection and a sense of trusting each next right step as it appears
I am preparing myself for a great personal change. As a dear friend told me after an honest conversation, “You are not writing the next chapter. You are starting the final book in your trilogy of life.“
Much more to come.
