Life is a learning process. So is learning yoga, teaching yoga and filming yoga. Last week I wrote about how you is a practice, not a perfect. Taking my own advice, I recoded a yoga flow to share. It’s not perfect, but it is a giant step in learning.

The start of the practice is a moon series, so you will be on a knee. I recommend making a “T” with two mats. If you do not have a mat or two, you will want a towel or something to place under your knee.
There is one flub, but there are flubs in live classes.
Remember, this is not a perfect, this is a practice.
I am impressed that you’re doing videos now. With my anxiety and all that jazz, I should probably give yoga poses a try some time.

This one stays flowing and other than the very beginning does not have long pauses. It may be OK with you anxiety.

I meant to get back here, sooner, Sarah… I watched your video and enjoyed it very much and look forward to giving it a try soon. It doesn’t look too much harder than the senior yoga I usually practice.
