I don’t have the answers. Sometimes I need to retreat or hide, but I know I have to keep showing up and I have to keep bringing my light, the authentic things that only I can bring to the world. And so do YOU. The news is scary and disturbing, but we have to keep doing what we can do. Even baby steps count if we all keep bringing forth our light. Voting is one of the most important ways you can shine. Talk to your neighbors. Spend time with your family and your chosen family. Walk your dog. Hug someone. Smile at strangers. Lean into the fear.
